In parallel to training exercices, performances can be objectified thanks to biomechanical, medical, phsychological and methodical training analyses.
The results offer improved individual physical load strategies and training concepts.
The wide variety of exercices in a water current and the high requirements for coordination of movements constitute ideal training for top athletes, recreational athletes as well as rehab patients, and include relaxation and well-being.
The overall physical strain of all parts of the body in a water current allows the optimisation of performance, which can’t be achieved with training by cycling or running on the treadmill.

Comfortably warm water and a permament „massage under water of the entire body“ lead to a well-being, even with nonswimmers.
The water current offers new, precise, individual and objective measures of performance and allows the optimisation of treatment.
The particularly developped ergometric performance in a water current with the help of arm and leg presses supports the individualisation of the concepts of physical strain significantly.
Body awareness and and sensomotor skills can be developped significantly by changing the intensity of the water current.
