Basic Package:

• 4 hours daily swimming in the Olympic pool (9 - 12 people per lane)
• Daily gym

Training Materials:

• Kickboard, Pullbuoy, Hand Paddles, Training Fins

Changing Rooms:

• Team changing room
• Coaches changing room
• Massage room and first aid facilities

Catering:

• 1 bottle of mineral water (1 ½ ltr.) person/day

• Transfer Tenerife South airport – hotel and return (12,-- € per person) min. 10 people

• 4 hours daily swimming in the Olympic pool (6 - 8 people per lane)
• 1 use during stay in the flume with video recording for the group
• Relax area with Turkish steam bath, Scottish shower, ice bath, whirlpool and sauna
• 1 massage (muscle relaxation) 30 minutes per person during stay

Top – Swimming

• 4 hours daily swimming in the Olympic pool (5 people per lane)
• Daily gym
• 1 use during stay in the flume with technical recording and evaluation per person
• Relax area with Turkish steam bath, Scottish shower, ice bath, whirlpool and sauna
• 1 massage (muscle relaxation) 30 minutes per person during stay
• Room up grade at Hotel Jardin Caleta (AC, sea view, wifi)
